The location of this hotel was excellent, right in the middle of the city with easy access to major shopping stores. The hotel was also small, but the service provided was great. One unique feature that I really enjoyed was the complimentary cellphone that they provided with unlimited calls and a built-in app to communicate with the concierge. It also served as a hotspot for my phone, very convenient.
There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. The facilities of the hotel were not up to par.

Excellent location, close to shopping and metro station. Friendly and welcoming staff, especially Rafeeq who provided excellent breakfast service. Comfortable bed and amazing buffet breakfast. Nice view of the Opera from the room.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the only Apple store in the city and in close proximity to shopping areas. It offers a stunning view of the opera house. The room design is elegant and the bathroom is spacious and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and attentive, always delivering prompt service. The breakfast is delicious and there is a bar/restaurant/lounge space inside the hotel. the hotel provides excellent facilities and advantages for a comfortable stay.
The housekeeping service could use some improvement.

The concierge was helpful with recommendations and making reservations. The location of the hotel was perfect, just minutes away from the Opera and tourist destinations. it was conveniently located next to the Apple store and close to everything this city has to offer.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities provided in the room were impressive and fulfilled our needs perfectly. the service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and attentive. the bar/lounge area was elegant and gave us a relaxing experience.
We found a minor issue with the in-room dining service. the continental breakfast was delicious but the options were limited.
